Over the last two decades the team at Next Step Films have worked within the health and social care sector, creating a range of films across recruitment, training and awareness.

We have worked alongside public and private healthcare providers; including adult social care and supported living.

When it comes to creating content, we believe we have a unique approach due to our team having industry experience working directly within the health and social care sector, from support level to management.

This enables us to have a greater understanding of the supported living model, social care environments and associated training. Therefore allowing us to more deeply understand a companies visions and values and translating this directly to the content we create.

Our background knowledge also allows us to cover certain sensitive areas of the social care industry working directly with stakeholders, clients and staff.

To create content that is both engaging and visually appealing we believe this starts with a open discussion with the client, determining their exact requirements and desired outcomes. Once this has been determined we can being production, including script writing, planning locations and contributors, filming and then editing
