Background

Eden Futures is a private sector organisation that offers supported living services and life skills for vulnerable adults, helping them live an independent life and to be a valued member of their community.

Wether we are working with large organisations, SMEs or SMBs it’s important for us to understand how these companies work and operate in order for us to work alongside them. Being flexible with our approach for these projects is crucial, especially when working within an organisations business setting. This was especially important for working alongside the staff and service users at Eden Futures as not only were we creating content in a workplace, but also in the homes of vulnerable adults.

The Brief

CEO Helen Stokes approached us to produce a recruitment film for use across their website and social media platforms. They wanted to highlight the company visions and values from an employee perspective, showing the type of fulfilling career you can have within the care sector.

Our Approach

Taking their brief, we created two distinct story arcs, the first being a series of interviews with current employees sharing their positive experiences working at Eden Futures.  In order to achieve this we devised a series of questions that showcased the company’s visions and values. The second arc was to highlight the critical work delivered by support workers, this was made possible by capturing a day in the life of several service users, being supported within the community.

The Result

The final delivery was a series of videos formatted for Eden Futures website and social media channels, in addition to this we also provided a set of production stills for marketing use and for infographics branding to be applied.
